this course is designed to give you confidence and technical ability to create superb delicious meals using fire .on the course you will cook a starter ( soup)a main ( veggie and meat options available)a desert ( a fruit pie or crumble)and a loaf of bread in addition to the food we will also teach you how to make fresh ground coffee and proper hot chocolate on the fire.

Science of fire 23 jan

on this course we will teach you everything you need and want to know about fire, teaching different methods throughout the day covering methods such as bowdrill, hand drill, percussion and some methods from the second world war era used by POWs escaping captivity. our Instructors are at the top of their field in this subject and it's a course not to be missed
